Cancellation Policy

In the event of guests having to make a cancellation, we make every effort to re-let the rooms and always use our discretion when charging according to our cancellation policy, which is set out below for your information:

The deposit is non-refundable

2-4 weeks notice given - 40% of the room cost charged

2-1 weeks notice given - 60% of the room cost charged

under 1 week - 100% of room cost charged

 If you do cancel the booking, we may have to charge you a fee of up to £10 to cover our banking and administration costs.

Please note that we will require credit or debit card details to hold a booking, or payment in full by cheque.

Car Park policy

Guests are welcome to use our private car park during their stay, but for access and fire regulation reasons we may have to move cars.  Therefore, we do ask that car keys are left in our care while your car is left on our car park.  Alternatively, there is a public pay park across the road and surrounding streets have no restrictions from 6pm to 10am.
