Cancellation Policy
In the even of guests having to make a cancellation, we make every effort to re-let the rooms and always use our discretion when charging according to our cancellation policy, which is set out below for your information.

The deposit is non-refundable
A booking fee of £10 per room is charged.
2 - 4 Week's notice given - 40% of the room cost is charged.
2 - 1 Week's notice given - 60% of the room cost is charged.
Under 1 Week - 100% of the room cost would be charged

Car Parking
Guests are welcome to use our private car park during their stay, but, for access and fire regulation reasons, we do request that car keys are left in our care whilst you car is on our park. As with any other car parks, cars are parked at the owner's risk. Alternatively, there is a public pay and display park across the road, and the surrounding streets have no restrictions from 6pm - 10am.
